Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of subscription purchase
  • Technical issues preventing platform access that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@neetcracker.in
  2. Provide your account email and subscription details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review your request within 5 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days of purchase
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Free trial periods
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless specified)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.
